Format and expectations

Weekly group supervision

Case-based, practical group supervision focused on clinical decision-making, documentation quality, ethics, and client safety planning.

Group size is limited so each intern has space to present cases and receive direct feedback.

Hybrid availability

Primary group meetings are in-person in the Orlando area. Secure video may be used for brief individual check-ins or special circumstances when appropriate.

Raw data and confidentiality

Supervision focuses on "raw data" from clinical work — case notes, case presentations, direct observation when possible, and audio/video recordings when permitted.

Any recordings require appropriate client consent and secure handling. Maintain confidentiality across in-person and online formats.

Rates

  • Group supervision: $55 per person per hour
  • Individual consultation (as available): $100–$150 per hour

Limited sliding-scale availability for interns may be offered based on need and capacity.

Scheduling and cancellations

  • Cadence: Weekly standing supervision
  • Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice requested

If you're running late or have an unavoidable conflict, please notify as soon as possible.
