Structured, skills-forward supervision for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns working toward Florida LMHC licensure. The weekly in-person Orlando group is not running right now. Individual supervision is available as capacity allows, and you can ask to hear when the next group forms.

When a group runs, it offers case-based, practical group supervision focused on clinical decision-making, documentation quality, ethics, and client safety planning.
Group size is limited so each intern has space to present cases and receive direct feedback. The weekly Orlando group is not running right now; ask to hear when the next one forms.
When a group runs, meetings are in person in the Orlando area. Secure video may be used for brief individual check-ins or special circumstances when appropriate.
Supervision focuses on "raw data" from clinical work — case notes, case presentations, direct observation when possible, and audio/video recordings when permitted.
Any recordings require appropriate client consent and secure handling. Maintain confidentiality across in-person and online formats.
Limited sliding-scale availability for interns may be offered based on need and capacity.

Under Rule 64B4-2.002 (version effective July 6, 2026):

A short call to confirm goals, setting, and supervision needs.
Written agreement covering expectations, documentation, confidentiality, and fees.
I file the Qualified Supervisor statement and a letter to the Board agreeing to supervise you. We begin only after the Board's approval letter arrives.
Track hours consistent with Florida Board requirements.
