The goal
The goal is for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a goal. It is not a claim that every page fully meets that standard today.
Known limitations
A review in September 2026 found these problems. Fixes for them are part of the current site update. If you still run into one of them, please use the contact options below.
- Keyboard focus on small screens. On phones and small tablets, the sticky header or the contact bar at the bottom of the screen could cover the link or button that has keyboard focus.
- Fading text. Some content cards fade in as you scroll. Text near the bottom of the screen could stay faint until you scroll further.
- Focus outline contrast. On a few dark areas of the site, the outline that shows which item has keyboard focus was hard to see.
Services run by other companies
Some links open services that this website does not control. These include the SimplePractice secure inquiry form, Client Portal, and telehealth app, and Zocdoc booking pages. Their accessibility depends on those companies. If one of them is hard to use, you can call instead.
