Website privacy
This website is a static site hosted on Netlify. Like most websites, the hosting provider may collect basic technical information in server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps) for security and operations.
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads for marketing analytics and ad attribution. These services may set cookies and collect page-view information. The public pages of this site are unauthenticated and do not collect protected health information (PHI). For details on Google's data practices, see Google's privacy policy.
Appointment requests
Appointment requests are submitted through the SimplePractice contact form embedded on the request page (or by booking on Zocdoc, phone, or email). The form captures only your name, contact information, a general reason for reaching out, and an optional brief note. The SimplePractice form is processed by SimplePractice under a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement; no clinical detail is needed at this surface.
Please do not include diagnoses, medication lists, insurance ID numbers, or detailed health information on the request form. Clinical detail is best handled in the secure setting after I follow up.
Once a treatment relationship is established, full intake, scheduling, secure messaging, and billing are handled through SimplePractice under a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Established clients can sign in to the SimplePractice client portal directly.
