This static website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, and request timestamps for security and site operations.
Analytics on marketing pages
Bridgewell uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads on general marketing pages for measurement and ad attribution. These services may use cookies and receive page-view and device information. See Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Bridgewell does not load those Google marketing tags on the request page, the request confirmation page, the Sapneil Tutoring referral pages, or the public testing accommodation guides. Those pages also omit preconnect and DNS-prefetch hints for Google services.
Secure inquiries and referral pages
The Bridgewell request and Sapneil referral pages do not contain a form, accept file uploads, or store inquiry details. When you select a secure-inquiry button, Bridgewell’s SimplePractice contact form opens in a new tab. Information entered there goes directly to SimplePractice, not to Netlify.
SimplePractice provides the practice’s contact and Client Portal services under the practice’s HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Once a clinical relationship begins, SimplePractice handles intake documents, scheduling, secure messages, and billing. Established clients can open the Client Portal (opens in a new tab).
The Sapneil referral pages are unlisted and excluded from the public sitemap, but they are not secret. Do not place student records, testing documents, or detailed health information in a URL or ordinary email.
The public testing accommodation guides are indexable educational pages. They contain no questionnaire, form, upload field, or browser storage and do not record checklist selections. A secure-prescreening link appears only after the family checklist.
Other ways to contact Bridgewell
Zocdoc, phone, and email remain available as separate contact options. When you follow a link to SimplePractice or Zocdoc, that service’s privacy practices apply. Use phone or email only for brief, non-emergency, non-clinical matters.
Telehealth disclosure
Services are provided by telehealth by default; in-person evaluation components are arranged when an exam or instrument requires them. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of service. Read the telehealth details.
