What therapy here looks like

A practical, three-part process

I do not promise transformation. I do offer a structured way to understand what's keeping the pattern going and a working plan that holds up outside the session.

  1. Focused intake

First session is typically 60 minutes. We clarify what's prompting you to reach out, what you've already tried, and what would make therapy useful right now.

  2. A working plan

We pick targets together — symptoms, patterns, skills — and choose an approach that matches your context. Insight and skills, not one or the other.

  3. Practice and re-evaluate

We apply insights and skills between sessions and check what's actually helping. The plan adjusts as you do.
