Individual therapy
Approachable, structured telehealth psychotherapy for adults. Anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, life transitions, ADHD and executive functioning, and the long-standing relational patterns that don't shift with willpower alone.
You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your session.
Common reasons people reach out
- Persistent anxiety, overthinking, or panic symptoms
- Low mood, burnout, or loss of motivation
- Life transitions (work, school, relationships, identity shifts)
- ADHD and executive functioning (organization, follow-through, overwhelm)
- Long-standing interpersonal patterns that keep repeating, including personality disorder presentations
If you're not sure what to call what you're experiencing, that's okay. Clarifying the pattern is part of the work.
Focus areas
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Stress and burnout recovery
- Life transitions and adjustment
- ADHD and executive functioning
- Personality disorders and long-standing patterns (when clinically appropriate)
Concerns overlap. If your main issue is problematic gaming or relationship stress, see those dedicated pages too.
Approach: integrative
I use an integrative approach that blends structured skill-building with deeper work on patterns and meaning — so you're not just managing symptoms, but understanding what keeps them going.
- CBT-informed tools (thought patterns, behavioral experiments, coping strategies)
- Depth / psychodynamic perspective (repeating relational patterns, self-criticism, identity themes)
- Collaborative goal-setting and periodic check-ins to stay aligned
What to expect
- Intake and fit. We clarify goals, history, and what would make therapy useful right now.
- Working plan. We prioritize targets — symptoms, patterns, skills — and choose an approach that matches your needs.
- Practice and integration. We apply insights and skills between sessions so change holds up in daily life.

Working with adolescents (12+)
I see adolescents 12 and up when individual therapy fits the situation. Confidentiality and parent/guardian involvement are clarified case-by-case at the start of care with a written agreement, including safety exceptions when immediate risk requires action.
A private space (headphones help) makes a meaningful difference for adolescent telehealth. We'll confirm an emergency contact and Florida location as part of starting care.
Common questions
Do you offer in-person sessions?
This practice is telehealth only. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your session. Telehealth lets us work without geography limiting access, but it does require a private space and stable internet on your end.
Is this a good fit if I'm not sure what my diagnosis is?
Yes. Many people start therapy with a cluster of symptoms or patterns and no clear label. We can start with what you're noticing — sleep disruption, mood, repeating arguments, avoidance — and clarify what's most important to address. Clarifying the pattern is part of the work.
Do you work with personality disorders?
Individual therapy may address personality disorders and long-standing relational patterns when clinically appropriate. The work is paced, pattern-focused, and emphasizes both insight and concrete skills. If your needs are outside what outpatient telehealth can hold safely, I'll discuss appropriate options with you.
Can you help if my main issue is gaming or relationship conflict?
Yes. Concerns overlap. Someone whose gaming has gotten out of control is often also struggling with anxiety, depression, or relational disconnection — and vice versa. You can also review the gaming and couples pages for more specific information about those focus areas.
How do I get started?
Use the request form to send a brief message. Include what's prompting you to reach out (a sentence is plenty) and your contact preferences. I'll respond as availability allows.
What about fees and insurance?
Standard fee is $160–200 per session. I accept Aetna, Cigna (Evernorth), UnitedHealthcare behavioral health, Ascension SmartHealth, Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Original Medicare. ADHD, bariatric, and disability evaluations are self-pay only. See the fees and insurance page for full details.
