How it works

Request and intake
Submit a request online. You get intake forms and questionnaires to fill out before the session, so we spend video time on what actually matters.

Clinical interview via video
A focused interview covering your history, symptoms, and the question the evaluation needs to answer. 60 to 120 minutes depending on type.
3
Report and documentation
You get a written report formatted for whoever needs it: prescriber, surgeon, employer, attorney, or insurer. Usually within a week.
